Description:
Reports to the Resident Services Manager.
Responsible for the overall direction,supervision and provision of personal care and services to residents residing at The Richmond. This includes the assessment, planning, appropriate interventions and evaluation of resident needs.
Responsible for the overall operations of the residence in the absence of the Resident Services Manager and Managment Team.
Active participation in and promotion of Continuous Quality Improvement.
Requirements:
Current certification as an RPN with the CNO.
Current Medication Administration Certificate as applicable.
Physical Assessment Cerification preferred.
Demonstrated customer service focus essential.
Experience working with older adults and/or in the field of Retirement Lifestyle preferred.
